A Wind Turbine

Wind Energy is one of the most used non-conventional energy resources. It is one of the major areas of research also. Here we try to implement the wind turbine into housholds, to produce clean energy at an economically feasible cost

Some factsEdit

In Kerala and almost all places in India, electricity is heavily subsidised so that the wind energy, expensive than conventional energy, becomes relatievely more expensive. The average life-cycle of a household wind turbine and inverter system is 20 years(Citation Needed). Calculating in this basis, a unit(1 KWh) of electricity produced using wind turbine will be about 10 Rupees while the power is supplied at Rs. 2 a unit by the Kerala State Electricity Board.
